Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Regular communication with customers to understand their needs and reinforce value across Risk Management, Compliance, IT Operations, Threat Intelligence and Security Operations
  • Develop and execute cyber resiliency journey for customer to build and maintain long-lasting relationships across the account
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients to maximize account growth

Qualifications:
  • Background in Risk Management, Compliance, IT Operations, Threat Intelligence and/or Security Operations
  • Relevant certifications in Cyber Security to include Risk Management, Compliance, IT Operations, Threat Intelligence and/or Security Operations
  • Management consulting or customer management experience
  • Microsoft ecosystem experience is a plus
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and create value for clients
