Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Renew over 85% of contracts within the assigned book of business quarterly
  • Upsell and expand over 25% within the assigned book of business quarterly
  • Manage relationships and communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in software sales, account management, or renewals for a SaaS, data, or cloud product
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to build relationships with clients
  • Experience in negotiation with a focus on closing deals
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience doing business in multiple countries is a plus
