Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager responsible for maintaining client relationships and providing high-level customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to brokers, clients, and participants
  • Manage assigned accounts, including audits, reconciliations, and financial oversight
  • Prepare and deliver regular reporting and insights to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant Account Management experience, preferably in benefits management
  • Preferred associate or bachelor's degree
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to manage client and broker relationships independently
  • Above average analytical and problem-solving skills
