Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager responsible for maintaining client relationships and providing high-level customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to brokers, clients, and participants
- Manage assigned accounts, including audits, reconciliations, and financial oversight
- Prepare and deliver regular reporting and insights to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant Account Management experience, preferably in benefits management
- Preferred associate or bachelor's degree
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
- Ability to manage client and broker relationships independently
- Above average analytical and problem-solving skills
