Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients, fostering strong relationships

  • Identify and execute account expansion opportunities to increase annual recurring revenue (ARR)
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in account management in the technology industry, preferably with enterprise clients
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and software development lifecycles
  • Experience working with AI-powered technologies or customer experience platforms is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high self-motivation
