Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager to enhance client relationships and drive product adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute territory plans to maximize client retention and increase contract value
  • Establish C-Level relationships and accurately forecast deals to leadership
  • Educate clients on threat intelligence and optimize the use of the company's products and services
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a business discipline
  • 3-5+ years of Account Management experience
  • Strong territory and contact management skills
  • Proven track record of upsell/new business and renewal quota attainment
  • Previous experience selling SaaS cyber solutions is a plus
