Senior Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager, Digital Fundraising.

Key Responsibilities

• Own high-frequency and marquee client programs end-to-end, including strategy, planning, execution, and performance
• Lead client communication and present insights while mentoring junior staff
• Oversee budget stewardship and data-driven optimization to ensure revenue and ROI goals are met

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in digital, communications, fundraising, or campaign roles, preferably with political/advocacy experience
• Proven ownership of multi-channel digital fundraising programs with measurable revenue growth
• Exceptional writing and editing skills for email/SMS fundraising
• Familiarity with platforms such as NGP, Action Network, and ActBlue
• Demonstrated leadership skills in delegating and coaching team members
