Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead client interactions and technical solution development.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact with customers and project team members
• Assess client technical requirements and provide viable solutions
• Lead the development and deployment process while ensuring adherence to project governance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline; relevant experience may substitute for education
• Previous customer-facing experience with technical and business assessment skills
• Experience in project delivery management
• Proven knowledge of Health Systems and/or Health Plans
• Ability to travel as needed
