Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager to manage and expand its customer base while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for customer needs
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets
  • Manage the contract renewal process, ensuring high renewal rates and customer retention while addressing any issues impacting satisfaction
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong Salesforce skills; familiarity with Clari or related software is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and build strong relationships
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
