Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive growth for mission-driven organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders and serve as a strategic advisor
- Translate client needs into project requirements and ensure successful project execution

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management or client services, with at least 3 years in a digital or creative agency
- Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and multi-faceted projects
- Experience with modern digital agency technologies, including CMSs and CRMs
- Understanding of digital/creative agency business models and client needs
- Ability to navigate complex organizational relationships and drive results
