Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager who will drive customer success and growth within the Mid-Market customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify new revenue opportunities and exceed sales quotas within the existing account base
  • Drive growth and customer success through upselling and maximizing product adoption
  • Facilitate smooth transitions and onboarding of key accounts, collaborating closely with Account Executives
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of account management experience in a B2B organization
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, or similar sales technologies
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of retaining and expanding the customer base
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, able to adapt to changing demands
  • Strong business acumen to partner with customers and drive solutions to their business problems
