Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager who will manage and grow relationships with key government customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships for key international government customers
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, influencing priorities and deliveries
- Drive customer satisfaction, renewals, and long-term retention across assigned accounts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business or analytical field
- A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Account Management or related client-facing roles
- At least five (5) years of experience delivering geospatial or imagery products and services
- Direct experience supporting the US Department of Defense or related government entities
- Experience managing strategic customer accounts with multiple stakeholders
