Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager who will manage and grow relationships with key government customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships for key international government customers
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, influencing priorities and deliveries
  • Drive customer satisfaction, renewals, and long-term retention across assigned accounts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or analytical field
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Account Management or related client-facing roles
  • At least five (5) years of experience delivering geospatial or imagery products and services
  • Direct experience supporting the US Department of Defense or related government entities
  • Experience managing strategic customer accounts with multiple stakeholders
