Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager who will play a strategic role in customer retention and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Net Revenue Retention (NDR) by managing a portfolio of high-value accounts
- Identify new use cases within existing accounts to facilitate strategic upselling
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate ROI and align product capabilities with customer goals
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Strategic Customer Success within B2B SaaS
- Proven history of managing $1M+ books of business with consistent expansion results
- Deep familiarity with the modern data and AI landscape
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first, fast-paced environment
