Senior Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager, Programmatic/DSP (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional service
• Serve as the primary point of contact for post-sale client requests and communication
• Partner with internal teams to provide actionable insights and reporting to clients

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years in Account Management or related roles
• Strong background in post-sales programmatic operations and technical troubleshooting
• Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau or Looker
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and DSP platforms preferred
• Pharma experience is a plus but not required
