Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager responsible for contributing to sales and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieves sales goals related to customer retention, close rates, and new business volume
• Maintains customer contact records in the CRM system and generates accurate expense reports
• Delivers accurate projections for new business volume and responds promptly to quote opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field, or equivalent training
• Relevant experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a related industry
• Strong business development skills and proven ability to develop quotes/proposals accurately
• Proven project and customer relationship management skills
• Proven marketing skills with a demonstrated ability to generate sales leads
