Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Account Manager for the Western United States territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and develop a designated sales territory with strategic account planning and full-cycle sales execution
  • Build and strengthen relationships with SAP channel partners and establish executive-level relationships with prospects and customers
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations while executing a territory-specific sales plan to support client engagement strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience selling SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions or quota-carrying HR SaaS sales experience
  • Typically 7 to 10+ years of experience for senior-level roles with a documented track record of exceeding quotas
  • Experience selling Payroll Services and/or Benefit Administration Services preferred
  • Experience selling to HR and Finance leaders is strongly preferred
