Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Account Manager for the Western United States territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop a designated sales territory with strategic account planning and full-cycle sales execution
- Build and strengthen relationships with SAP channel partners and establish executive-level relationships with prospects and customers
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations while executing a territory-specific sales plan to support client engagement strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience selling SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions or quota-carrying HR SaaS sales experience
- Typically 7 to 10+ years of experience for senior-level roles with a documented track record of exceeding quotas
- Experience selling Payroll Services and/or Benefit Administration Services preferred
- Experience selling to HR and Finance leaders is strongly preferred
