Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager / Senior Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact with clients and internal teams to manage and drive initiatives
- Own the marketing strategy for Ecommerce channels and provide recommendations based on performance
- Continuously communicate value to clients and grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing client accounts in digital marketing; agency experience required
- 2+ years managing $40k+ monthly multi-channel Ecommerce client accounts
- 1-3 years of CRM experience required (Hubspot, Salesforce)
- 2+ years experience strategizing on social platforms (META and LinkedIn)
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and other tracking tools
