Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager to nurture and support customer relationships across a portfolio of strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop strong relationships with client stakeholders and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Analyze performance data and sentiment trends to produce actionable insights that drive performance improvement
  • Provide hands-on technical support and ongoing product training to ensure customer adoption and proficiency
Required Qualifications
  • BA or BS preferred, or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or consultative sales, ideally within automotive, SaaS, or digital media/marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and experience presenting data-driven insights and performance dashboards
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage a customer portfolio, including renewals and expansion opportunities
  • Comfortable navigating CRM systems and analytics dashboards, including Salesforce and Excel
