A company is looking for a Senior Regional Account Manager (SINGAPORE Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Build and execute an Account Strategy for customer satisfaction and business growth
Prioritize and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution while maintaining accountability
Develop account strategies in collaboration with clients to achieve mutual business objectives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field
Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in managing global and/or regional accounts
Experience in strategic account management processes, including revenue forecasting and budgeting
Strong leadership skills with a focus on business growth
Fluency in English; knowledge of local dialect is a bonus
