Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager - East.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute strategic account plans for mid-market law firms, focusing on retention and growth
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities by identifying new solutions within existing accounts
  • Build executive-level relationships and lead commercial discussions, including renewals and pricing strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of experience in account management or revenue ownership within B2B SaaS, preferably in Legal Tech
  • Proven success in growing existing accounts through consultative selling and executive alignment
  • Experience working with law firms and legal technology environments
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing quotas related to expansion revenue
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
