Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining proactive communication and managing day-to-day operations
- Develop and manage account plans, providing insights and recommendations to optimize client loyalty programs
- Coordinate project timelines, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives while managing client requests and escalations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- 5+ years of experience in the marketing or loyalty industry
- Understanding of general marketing principles; experience with promotional and CRM preferred
- Experience managing operational workstreams and KPIs for client programs
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Jira, and Workfront is desirable
