Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining proactive communication and managing day-to-day operations
  • Develop and manage account plans, providing insights and recommendations to optimize client loyalty programs
  • Coordinate project timelines, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives while managing client requests and escalations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in the marketing or loyalty industry
  • Understanding of general marketing principles; experience with promotional and CRM preferred
  • Experience managing operational workstreams and KPIs for client programs
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Jira, and Workfront is desirable
