Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager, Growth & Expansion to drive revenue growth within existing customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively create and manage a pipeline of cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Lead value-based selling conversations to connect customer challenges with measurable business outcomes
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to align on account strategies and ensure a unified customer experience


Required Qualifications
  • 5-10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS subscription-based sales or account management
  • Proven track record of closing cross-sell and expansion deals
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle and owning a quota
  • Familiarity with selling to HR, Talent, or business leadership stakeholders preferred
  • Background in the HR Technology sector, especially in pre-employment assessment or employee development
