Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager to manage relationships with Employers and Health Systems in the health-tech industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational consultant between the company and customers, conducting regular check-ins and maintaining consistent communication
- Analyze data to identify key trends and provide actionable insights while consulting clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of client reports and meeting contractual obligations
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the health-tech industry serving employer groups or health systems
- Experience in B2B and/or B2B2C Account Management / Customer Success
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Jira, Slack, and Tableau
