Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager to manage relationships with Employers and Health Systems in the health-tech industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary operational consultant between the company and customers, conducting regular check-ins and maintaining consistent communication
  • Analyze data to identify key trends and provide actionable insights while consulting clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of client reports and meeting contractual obligations


Required Qualifications
  • Experience in the health-tech industry serving employer groups or health systems
  • Experience in B2B and/or B2B2C Account Management / Customer Success
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Jira, Slack, and Tableau
