Senior Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager responsible for leading integrated fundraising campaigns for nonprofit clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of integrated fundraising campaigns, managing timelines, workflows, and deliverables
• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues
• Translate strategic direction into actionable campaign plans while coordinating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience in client strategy, account management, fundraising, or agency client services
• Preferred experience in direct response fundraising campaigns across direct mail and/or digital channels
• Experience working with nonprofit organizations and agency experience in a client services or strategy capacity
