Job Summary

- Identify and close expansion opportunities related to product adoption
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure customer objectives are met
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in SaaS Account Management or related roles
- Proven experience managing renewals or expansion opportunities
- Strong organizational skills and CRM discipline
- Ability to learn negotiation fundamentals and expansion methodologies
- Experience with HR tech is preferred
