Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage renewal processes and outcomes for the account portfolio
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities related to product adoption
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure customer objectives are met
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in SaaS Account Management or related roles
  • Proven experience managing renewals or expansion opportunities
  • Strong organizational skills and CRM discipline
  • Ability to learn negotiation fundamentals and expansion methodologies
  • Experience with HR tech is preferred
