Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager to oversee strategic accounts and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts and serve as the primary contact for stakeholders
- Lead contract renewals and expansions, including negotiation and coordination with relevant teams
- Develop strategic account plans and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in account management or client success, preferably in FinTech or related fields
- Proven track record of managing high-value client relationships and leading complex renewals
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage with senior stakeholders
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and analytics tools
- Ability to occasionally visit clients in the NY Metro Area
