Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager to oversee strategic accounts and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts and serve as the primary contact for stakeholders
  • Lead contract renewals and expansions, including negotiation and coordination with relevant teams
  • Develop strategic account plans and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in account management or client success, preferably in FinTech or related fields
  • Proven track record of managing high-value client relationships and leading complex renewals
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage with senior stakeholders
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and analytics tools
  • Ability to occasionally visit clients in the NY Metro Area
