Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager, Growth & Expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively create a pipeline by identifying cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Lead strategic discovery conversations to connect customer challenges with measurable business outcomes
  • Manage the sales cycle and collaborate with Customer Success Managers to align on account strategy


Required Qualifications
  • 5-10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or expansion roles
  • Proven track record of closing cross-sell or expansion deals
  • Experience managing a quota and full sales cycle
  • Familiarity with selling to SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise organizations
  • Preferred experience in HR Technology or related sectors
