Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager responsible for managing client relationships and driving performance across the program.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships and communication
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations
- Identify and drive growth opportunities, including upsell and expansion
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Sales in a tech-enabled or performance-driven environment
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, or technical products (preferred)
- Strong understanding of performance metrics, revenue models, and optimization strategies
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations teams
