Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager - External Client Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned external clients
• Develop and manage client renewal, retention, cross-selling, and up-selling strategies
• Oversee client onboarding and manage ongoing account operations and performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, Management, Healthcare, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in business-to-business account management, client services, or sales within healthcare or a health-related industry
• Proven experience managing complex client relationships and long-term strategic accounts
• Strong knowledge of healthcare, health insurance, and health promotion concepts
