Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager to oversee reseller partnerships and drive strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client communications and relationships across multiple stakeholders
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and develop Annual Strategic Account Plans
- Identify growth opportunities and support clients' go-to-market initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Channel Sales, or Client Success roles
- Proven track record of managing and growing strategic accounts
- Deep understanding of reseller/channel ecosystems and B2B sales processes
- Strong business development mindset focused on revenue generation
- Experience with CRM systems and relationship intelligence platforms
