Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager to oversee reseller partnerships and drive strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day client communications with multiple stakeholders within reseller accounts
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and develop Annual Strategic Account Plans
  • Identify growth opportunities and support clients' go-to-market initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Channel Sales, or Client Success roles
  • Proven track record of managing and growing strategic accounts
  • Deep understanding of reseller/channel ecosystems and B2B sales processes
  • Strong business development mindset with the ability to drive revenue
  • Experience with CRM systems and relationship intelligence platforms
