Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager, SMB.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive retention and revenue growth
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring their needs are prioritized
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while managing partner agreement renewals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a High School degree/GED
  • 4-6 years of account management or enterprise account management experience, preferably with restaurant owners
  • Strong computer skills, with experience in Salesforce.com or similar CRM preferred
  • Native-level fluency in English; fluency in Mandarin or Spanish is a plus
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals
