Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager, SMB.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive retention and revenue growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring their needs are prioritized
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while managing partner agreement renewals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a High School degree/GED
- 4-6 years of account management or enterprise account management experience, preferably with restaurant owners
- Strong computer skills, with experience in Salesforce.com or similar CRM preferred
- Native-level fluency in English; fluency in Mandarin or Spanish is a plus
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals
