Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for internal partners and Financial Professionals
• Coordinate across teams to support timely resolution of cases and issues
• Provide clear updates and maintain accurate documentation throughout the case lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5 years of experience in life insurance case management required
• LOMA or industry courses or certifications preferred
• Strong industry and product knowledge
• Technical aptitude with proficiency in relevant systems and tools
