Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager for the Northeast region.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute strategic account plans for mid-market law firms, focusing on retention and growth
- Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities by identifying new practice adoption and solution alignment
- Lead commercial discussions including renewals, pricing strategy, and contract expansions
Required Qualifications
- 8-12+ years of experience in account management or revenue ownership within B2B SaaS, preferably in Legal Tech
- Proven success in growing existing accounts through consultative selling and executive alignment
- Experience in selling to or supporting law firms and legal technology environments
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing quotas tied to expansion revenue
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
