Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager - Central.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute strategic account plans for mid-market law firms, focusing on retention and growth
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities while leading commercial discussions on renewals and pricing strategies
  • Build executive-level relationships and collaborate with various teams to ensure client success and adoption of solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of experience in account management or strategic partnerships within B2B SaaS, preferably in Legal Tech
  • Proven track record of growing existing accounts through consultative selling and proactive opportunity development
  • Experience working with law firms and legal technology environments
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing quotas related to expansion revenue
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
