Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of core and growth-stage clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of clients, ensuring retention and strong stakeholder trust
- Manage renewals and support moderate growth opportunities within defined commercial frameworks
- Guide Project Managers to ensure smooth delivery and consistent quality across engagements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management or client services within creative, digital, or professional services environments
- Experience managing and retaining client accounts with ownership of renewals
- Ability to lead commercial conversations within defined pricing and deal structures
- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Project Managers and Producers
- Comfort using data to inform account decisions and forecasting
