• Act as the main point of contact for client communication and requests

• Onboard new clients and maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, and project statuses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in corporate marketing, project management, or a related role
• Some experience in the promotional products industry
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and ERP systems
• Strong business math experience
