Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager, Growth & Expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively create and manage pipeline opportunities within existing accounts
- Lead value-based selling conversations to identify customer challenges and align solutions with business outcomes
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure a unified strategy for account growth and retention
Required Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or expansion roles
- Proven track record of closing cross-sell or expansion deals
- Experience managing a full sales cycle and owning a quota
- Familiarity with selling to SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise organizations
- Preferred experience in HR Technology or related sectors
