Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Account Manager to manage and grow pharmacy partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deepen relationships with regional and mid-sized retail pharmacy partners
- Drive account performance by analyzing KPIs and executing partnership strategies
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to design and deliver high-impact partner initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 6+ years with a master's degree
- Experience managing and growing complex accounts in healthcare or pharmacy
- Ability to develop data-driven account strategies that enhance revenue
- Experience with KPIs such as claims volume and market share
- Proven ability to influence decision-making among senior stakeholders
