Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead high-visibility client accounts and drive marketplace strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead top-tier client accounts end-to-end, managing strategy, execution, and performance
  • Serve as the primary client partner, presenting recommendations and driving key business decisions
  • Oversee and mentor Account Managers/Associates, ensuring best-in-class delivery across various initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital media, or marketplace management with strong Amazon expertise
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-level accounts and leading executive-level conversations
  • Prior experience managing and developing a team with high standards for ownership and delivery
  • Strong analytical ability with proficiency in Excel/Sheets for creating insights and strategy
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify revenue opportunities and influence decision-making
