Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead high-visibility client accounts and drive marketplace strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead top-tier client accounts end-to-end, managing strategy, execution, and performance
- Serve as the primary client partner, presenting recommendations and driving key business decisions
- Oversee and mentor Account Managers/Associates, ensuring best-in-class delivery across various initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital media, or marketplace management with strong Amazon expertise
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level accounts and leading executive-level conversations
- Prior experience managing and developing a team with high standards for ownership and delivery
- Strong analytical ability with proficiency in Excel/Sheets for creating insights and strategy
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify revenue opportunities and influence decision-making
