Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Account Manager, Group Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers managing group benefits plan administration
  • Provide education and support on products and services to customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance team performance and quality
Required Qualifications
  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in lieu of Bachelor's)
  • 3 - 5+ years of experience in relationship management relevant to the role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience in managing multiple cases and customer relationships
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal stakeholders
