Job Summary
Senior Account Manager is a full-time position responsible for growing revenue in small to medium-sized customer accounts through consultative relationships and technology-driven sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Protect base revenue and exceed growth quotas within assigned customer accounts
- Identify decision makers, assess customer needs, and position appropriate solutions
- Maintain customer information, including sales activities and proposals, while providing superior customer service
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education with 2 years of sales experience
- Prior account management experience focusing on retaining and growing existing accounts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience preferred
- Demonstrated success in an inside/outside sales role
