Job Summary

Senior Account Manager is a full-time position responsible for growing revenue in small to medium-sized customer accounts through consultative relationships and technology-driven sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Protect base revenue and exceed growth quotas within assigned customer accounts
  • Identify decision makers, assess customer needs, and position appropriate solutions
  • Maintain customer information, including sales activities and proposals, while providing superior customer service
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education with 2 years of sales experience
  • Prior account management experience focusing on retaining and growing existing accounts
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success in an inside/outside sales role
