Job Summary
Fluent in both French and English, the full-time Senior Account Manager will oversee a dedicated book of reseller partnerships, driving engagement and strategic growth while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity based on proximity to Toronto or Montreal.
Key responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day client communications across multiple stakeholders within reseller accounts
- Deliver impactful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and develop Annual Strategic Account Plans
- Identify and develop growth opportunities focused on revenue expansion within existing reseller accounts
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Channel Sales, or Client Success roles within a reseller environment
- Fluent written and spoken French and English
- Proven track record of managing and growing strategic accounts
- Deep understanding of reseller/channel ecosystems and B2B sales processes
- Strong business development mindset with the ability to drive revenue through strategic planning
