Job Summary
Supporting client relationships and operational excellence, the full-time Senior Account Manager will coordinate activities, manage day-to-day client inquiries, and ensure effective execution of client requirements while working remotely from anywhere within the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Support execution of client action plans by coordinating activities and tracking progress
- Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day client inquiries, ensuring timely responses
- Partner with internal teams to facilitate the implementation and ongoing delivery of client programs
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of client management, account coordination, or healthcare operations experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate appropriately
- Experience in building effective working relationships across cross-functional teams
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent client service
