Job Summary

Supporting client relationships and operational excellence, the full-time Senior Account Manager will coordinate activities, manage day-to-day client inquiries, and ensure effective execution of client requirements while working remotely from anywhere within the U.S.

Key responsibilities
  • Support execution of client action plans by coordinating activities and tracking progress
  • Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day client inquiries, ensuring timely responses
  • Partner with internal teams to facilitate the implementation and ongoing delivery of client programs
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of client management, account coordination, or healthcare operations experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate appropriately
  • Experience in building effective working relationships across cross-functional teams
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent client service
