Job Summary

Driving sales account development within the SLED organization, the full-time Senior Account Manager will identify new opportunities, manage customer relationships, and execute comprehensive sales plans remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop sales within designated target markets by identifying new opportunities through cold calling, networking, and customer appointments
  • Manage customer relationships post-sale to strengthen positioning, retain revenue, and capture additional business opportunities
  • Create and execute sales plans with defined strategies and timelines to maximize revenue growth while maintaining accurate sales forecasts
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a quota-carrying role
  • Proven success in solution selling across IP, data, and voice network services
  • Experience using Salesforce.com preferred
  • Demonstrated strength in hunting, prospecting, and new account development
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
