Job Summary
Driving sales account development within the SLED organization, the full-time Senior Account Manager will identify new opportunities, manage customer relationships, and execute comprehensive sales plans remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop sales within designated target markets by identifying new opportunities through cold calling, networking, and customer appointments
- Manage customer relationships post-sale to strengthen positioning, retain revenue, and capture additional business opportunities
- Create and execute sales plans with defined strategies and timelines to maximize revenue growth while maintaining accurate sales forecasts
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience in a quota-carrying role
- Proven success in solution selling across IP, data, and voice network services
- Experience using Salesforce.com preferred
- Demonstrated strength in hunting, prospecting, and new account development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
