Job Summary
Detail-oriented and client-focused, the full-time Senior Account Manager will manage a portfolio of Technology and Entertainment clients remotely, facilitating strategic client conversations and project management while deepening client relationships and supporting new client acquisition efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client partner, overseeing project status updates and ensuring high standards of client service
- Lead strategic conversations around media activation and campaign measurement, translating data into actionable recommendations
- Coordinate internal operations across workstreams to manage timelines and deliver results for client engagements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered
- 2-5 years of experience in media, particularly in agency planning/buying, media activation, or account management
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client workstreams simultaneously
- Familiarity with media measurement or analytics platforms; experience with Circana's suite or comparable tools is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to client stakeholders
