Job Summary

To expand market share and drive revenue growth, the full-time Senior Account Manager will independently manage the full sales cycle, focusing on identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities in the advanced automation sector for warehouses, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage potential clients to unlock new opportunities for sustainable growth
  • Serve as the primary advisor for clients, aligning SaaS solutions with their evolving supply chain needs
  • Lead quarterly business reviews to showcase value and co-build roadmaps for future collaboration
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or CS), Business Management, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales roles, preferably in SaaS or supply chain
  • Proven track record of retaining and growing high-value accounts in complex sales cycles
  • Deep understanding of material handling systems, advanced automation, and inventory management challenges
  • Ability to engage C-suite and operations leaders with strategic insights and executive presence
