Job Summary
To ensure the complete post-sale success and satisfaction of Tier 1 customers, the full-time remote Senior Account Manager will manage client relationships, oversee customer satisfaction and retention, and collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and drive solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients, from operational leadership to C-suite
- Oversee reporting and data requirements while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention for a complex client portfolio
- Identify and mitigate risks to client satisfaction, coordinating with internal teams to resolve escalated issues
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of direct account management or relationship management experience in the healthcare sector
- Strong knowledge of commercial health insurance and pharmacy benefits
- Proven experience working strategically with diverse and complex clients
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Exceptional executive-level communication and interpersonal skills
