Job Summary
Driving the success and growth of key brand partnerships, the full-time Remote Senior Account Manager will serve as a strategic advisor to brand executives, managing relationships and delivering measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned brands, owning executive-level relationships and overall account health
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance performance, increase engagement, and expand Rallio's footprint within each brand
- Drive client satisfaction and retention through effective communication, performance reporting, and relationship management
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or digital marketing (preferably within multi-location or franchise environments)
- Proven ability to manage and grow enterprise-level client relationships
- Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring and guiding team members
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging executive-level stakeholders
