Job Summary
Focused on driving revenue growth, the remote Senior Account Manager will manage a pipeline of expansion opportunities within existing Enterprise accounts, collaborating with Customer Success to identify and close cross-sell and upsell deals.
Key responsibilities
- Build and close a pipeline of expansion opportunities across existing Enterprise customers
- Partner with Enterprise Customer Success Managers to identify whitespace and growth opportunities
- Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly expansion bookings while driving pipeline creation and deal progression
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in sales or account management roles with Enterprise accounts
- Proven track record of owning a revenue target and closing deals
- Experience managing pipeline and forecasting revenue
- Background in SaaS, MarTech, or related industries
- Experience selling PR, media intelligence, or related solutions is required for Enterprise roles
