Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) Solutions accounts, the full-time Senior Account Manager will handle the complete deal cycle, including licensing, renewals, and customer relationship management, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the full deal cycle for COA licensing and solutions accounts, from initial inquiry to closing
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships across pharmaceutical, CRO, and academic sponsor accounts
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and deal data in Salesforce, providing regular reporting on deal activity and customer feedback
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years in licensing, sales, or account management, preferably in publishing or life sciences
  • Experience managing a deal pipeline and working to revenue targets
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Proficient with Salesforce or equivalent CRM
